Testimonies

Kenny started in the biker club “gang” scene early in his life; drugs, alcohol and pornography were main staples of his life as well as an overall bad attitude towards life. He grew up in a small town in Tennessee. From the age of 14, he began hanging out with the local motorcycle club. The lifestyle of the clubber is not good or safe. As he grew into this lifestyle he developed bad habits and addictions. He made his way into other motorcycle clubs which were older, stronger, meaner and more. The times of narrow escapes with his life became more frequent and death around him became more common. He’d had enough of watching friends die. It became evident to Kenny that there must be something more for his life, something better.

Maria grew up in New York City, on the lower East side of Manhattan. Surrounded by gang fights, drugs and alcohol at a young age she had already seen and been a participant in unfit situations. Hanging out on the streets and nightclubs was very familiar to her, eventually getting involved with witchcraft. By age twenty she knew she was traveling fast down a dead end street and she had to do something with her life.

Kenny & Maria met in Florida, together they lived a sinner’s lifestyle, they married and continued their sinful life complete with addictions to many things. Then God got a hold of their lives.

After having a friend, an ex-tattoo artist, witness to them for almost seven months, they started to go to church. They came to understand that not only did Jesus come and die for them so they could live free from bondage but God also had a plan for their lives.

Eventually they came to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior, and became actively involved in their church. God then put a call on their lives to be missionaries to the biker community in this country, since they were familiar with the culture. But they soon found out ministry was much more. They saw the need to surrender totally to God to minister to all in need. God has sent them to many places in the U.S. and the nations of India and Mexico.

In June 1999, they sold almost all they had, got out of debt, and left what they knew as home. Now they are serving the Lord full time on the road, not just to bikers, but to anyone in any capacity God equips them for. Traveling in a Motorhome (God’s Blessing & their full-time home) pulling a small-enclosed trailer with a motorcycle; they go to motorcycle rallies, peoples’ homes, highways and byways, rest areas, streets, hedges, and churches of any denomination to witness, testify, preach, teach, or just to fellowship.

They put out a bi-monthly newsletter to give people an idea of how God is working through them and in them. They can’t include every single detail, opportunity, and venture– they just try to touch on the some points of their experiences. There is so much God has done, and is doing, that they couldn’t possibly print it all.

Not everyone is called to leave their jobs and their home to bring the Word of God to people who need to hear it. But we believe we all have a purpose in God’s Kingdom. Sometimes all you need to do is share what God has done for you in order to help somebody find the Lord. You must step out in faith in whatever God has you to do, and know that He is faithful in providing for your needs. God provided what we needed to minister His Word, once we took that step. We are still learning and we want to remain teachable. None of us are there yet.

We see ourselves as missionaries; bringing the Good News of Jesus Christ to whomever the Lord leads us to. We are available to preach, teach, minister and share our experiences while in the world and now out of it. Whatever the Lord needs us to do He will equip us to do. How can we bless you?
